SUPPLY CHAIN QUESTIONS: We’re on it. We know what it feels like to be the baker unable to get sugar, or the blacksmith unable to get steel. Some manufacturers seem to be having quite a bit of difficulty getting product to their customers. Trust us, we can speak articulately about the problem; we’re victims of what’s been happening.
Whatever the cause of the dilemmas, not all manufacturers are having these struggles. While demand on some manu’s has increased as a result of market shift, they’re still able to fulfill in relatively reasonable time frames.
We’re paying attention.
We’re fighters and we’re working tirelessly to make sure we continue to get quality product on our shelves for you, our customers. True, we’re not perfect; but we’re sure working hard to sate the demands of our customers.
The Fire Alarm industry seems to be suffering the most. The culprit specifically seems to be Honeywell. Many of our own customer base is discovering how great the Potter Fire Alarm product is, but demand has driven their ETA’s as well. While not totally unreasonable, there is another, great option: Napco.
We know, there aren’t a lot of fans of the product. But, we’ve found that when most are willing to give the commercial line-up a try, they’re hooked. Did you know, for example, that the FireWolf line up itself, uses Hochiki devices for it’s SLC circuits? Or that most on-board NAC power is generally 6AMPS? Even more interesting, with the additional wireless module, you can add UL Listed wireless fire alarm detection devices.
